OLIVIA TOMLINS
Physiotherapist
Like many Vancouver residents, Olivia takes on a new level of crazy and is currently training for a Boston Marathon qualifying time. While Olivia still hasn’t ran a marathon, her goal came following an unplanned sub 100 minute time in the half, where she realized she may as well keep the momentum up. Even as an experienced physiotherapist, like many, Olivia has been faced with her fair share of injuries within her sports that she’s had to tend too. With appropriate rehab, she consistently came back stronger and hungrier for what’s next.
Specializing in running related injuries, and doing her best to prevent any herself, come and chat with her about training and get a run assessment to ensure you too can keep up with your crazy goals. Using exercise based rehabilitation, intramuscular stimulation dry needling, education and manual therapy, we'll arrive at long-term solutions that will not only get you back to what you love but also keep you out of the clinic; although Olivia will always be excited to see you!
