How many appointments do I need?
This will vary from patient to patient depending on the type of injury. We will complete an assessment at your first appointment and will provide a more accurate timeline afterwards.
How long will my appointment be?
We pride ourselves on providing longer sessions than the industry standard to ensure your injury is thoroughly assessed. Initial appointments are 60 min while subsequent visits are 40mins with the option of a 60 min extended visit.
What is the cancellation policy?
24 hours notice for cancellation of appointments is required or a service charge of 50% of the booking will be applied.
What should I do before my appointment?
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment, wear comfortable clothes and be hydrated. ICBC patients – claim number and adjuster’s name. WSBC patients – claim number and case manager’s name.
Is there parking?
There is free parking north and south of Broadway street on 8th and below + 10th and above. Paid parking is available in the Scotiabank parking lot directly behind our building. We are steps away from a main transit stop as well.
Do you do provide direct billing?
Yes! We bill on your behalf to most insurance providers:
